Provides details on digital notifications filed for broadcast stations with HD Radio.

Updated 6-3-2025 to support asymmetric digital audio broadcasting.

column type description
lms_application_id varchar(32) Primary index used for all applications.  Corresponds with the FCC’s application identifier used in LMS and therefore can be used to cross reference with FCC raw data.   Unless otherwise indicated, all relational tables in eLMS are linked by lms_application_id.  
action_date date Date of the notification.
tech_rep_first varchar(80) First name of the technical representative.  (NOTE: Legacy CDBS records will show the full name in this field.)
tech_rep_last varchar(80) Last name of the technical representative. 
tech_rep_phone varchar(10) Telephone number of technical representative.
analog_erp varchar(8) Analog effective radiated power.
digital_erp varchar(8) Digital effective radiated power.
combined_tpo varchar(8) Combined transmitter power output.
analog_tpo varchar(8) Transmitter power output of analog transmitter.
digital_tpo varchar(8) Transmitter power output of digital transmitter.
analog_erp_ind varchar(1) Applicant certifies that the analog effective radiated power will remain the same as authorized after the commencement of digital operations.
ibiquity_ind varchar(1) Applicant certifies that the digital operation complies with the iBiquity (Xperi) specifications.
exposure varchar(1) Applicant certifies that the digital operation continues to meet all radio frequency radiation exposure guidelines.
usb_erp varchar(8) Digital upper sideband effective radiated power (kW).
usb_dbc varchar(8) Digital sideband power relative to analog upper sideband (dBc).
lsb_erp varchar(8) Digital lower sideband effective radiated power (kW).
lsb_dbc varchar(8) Digital sideband power relative to analog lower sideband (dBc).
asym_cert_ind varchar(1) Certification that digital sideband power confirms with the maximum permissible FM digital ERP set forth in table 1 of §73.404(f).
disc_digital varchar(1) Station discontinued digital broadcasts.
disc_asym varchar(1) Station discontinued asymmetric operation.
disc_date date Date that digital/asymmetric operation stopped.
increase_14dbc varchar(1) Increase in digital ERP above 14 dBc.
decrease_14dbc varchar Decrease in digital ERP below 14 dBc
decr_date date Date that decreased digital ERP commenced
record_added timestamp Timestamp of when record was added to eLMS.
