If you file your time share settlement agreement during the designated 90-day filing window, groups #1 and #3 will be able to aggregate their points. In other words, groups #1 and #3 will end up with 10 points and group #2 will end up with only 5 points. Group #2 will be dismissed and groups #1 and #3 will share the channel under the terms of their voluntary time share agreement
