The Most Common Myths About LPFM

MYTH: The FCC requiring an educational LPFM/NCE licensee to be a nonprofit corporation recognized by state law is a violation of the First Amendment. 26 January, 2024
MYTH: An LPFM applicant can claim the Established Community Presence point even if their corporation is less than two years old as long as 75% of the board members have resided in the local area for two years. 22 November, 2023
