ISSUE:
Advanced coverage maps in FCCdata are showing all facilities as nondirectional, even if the antenna is directional.
CAUSE:
eLMS Conversion Related. eLMS antenna IDs (which are the same as the LMS application IDs) were not being passed to either Advanced Coverage map generator (openlayers or Google).
RESOLUTION:
Updated code in three files to properly send eLMS antenna IDs to the map generators and for the map generators to properly handle them.
