Due to the NCE Filing Window, the FCC has temporarily stopped providing daily updates of LMS raw data. During this time:
- FCC.today will not display any pleadings (informal objections, petitions to deny) that originated in LMS.
- Results from myLPFM may not reflect any application activity from October 29.
- Other REC systems that use LMS raw data will have data that is vintage from October 28.
- Television data will not be updated in FCC.today and will be of October 28 vintage.
- LPFM renewal applications and subsequent filings made during the freeze will not reflect on the LPFM Renewal Checker.
The FCC will resume providing LMS raw data on November 10, following the close of the NCE Window.
FM application and action activity will continue to be processed through eLMS and will reflect on FCC.today and FCCdata.org. Original FM construction permits and construction permit admendment applications (such as Auction 109, Class D and FM boosters) will be suppressed from display on FCC.today. Actions from previously filed CP/CPA applications will be shown.
