Rewrote a new interface between the eLMS application parser and the FCC Contours API to address changes on the FCC side. This has resulted in some strange looking contour maps. We are going through all FM engineering applications filed in December and January to re-run them through the parser.
Installed new functionality that if an application is pending status, it will check to see if the file number is on public notice and if so, change it to accepted for filing. A problem was discovered when amendments were filed and once those amendments went from Review to Pending, but they were on Public Notice before, it did not pick up that original Accepted for Filing status. This change should fix that.
