Slow systems, incorrect results, real time update delay

REC is currently experiencing issues with the server.  

eLMS real time is currently down.

Channel searches may be returning incorrect information.

Manual morning FCC database update in progress.

Revised ETU 1 PM ET.

This issue was resolved at about 2 PM ET.
