ISSUE:
FCCdata advanced coverage maps are not reflecting the directional pattern of a station.
CAUSE:
XX_coverage is not properly supporting the eLMS JSON formatted files.
RESOLUTION
Modified the FCC FM Facility code and the xx_coverage maps to handle the passing of the LMS Application ID when the origination of the facility record is from the LMS JSON data.
