Recoded the background applications that generate the public data ZIP files for RECid and the public eLMS tables. The URLs for retrieving the data will remain the same.
Temporary Network Change Notice: Until further notice (after the transition of more services to System40), the RECid and eLMS Public Data files will be updated by 9:30AM REC Operations Time (RECOT), which is 12:30PM EDT instead of their normal earlier time during the morning update. Updates will take place 7 days a week.
