This page includes a collection of documents related to Chinese Voice of Golden City (CVGC), former permittee of deleted LPFM station KQLS-LP, Las Vegas, Nevada. This was a 2013 window LPFM that was determined by the FCC to had not constructed at their authorized location and therefore the authorization was cancelled pursuant to 47 USC 312(g). In addition, selected documents filed with and orders from the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia (DC Ckt) are also shown. Silver State Broadcasting, which had filed a modification application for their translator, K276GX in order to use spectrum formerly authorized to CVGC, has filed a motion to intervene in the case at the DC Circuit. Their pleadings and related FCC filings will be included on this page.
Unlike the case in Foundation for a Beautiful Life, REC Networks did not intervene in the FCC processes of these applications. Therefore REC has no interests in this case, however, we will continue to watch it as it may have an impact on the LPFM service.
