ISSUE:
Contour maps not displaying on FM records that were originated in CDBS and are archived (not currently protected) records. In the past, these would go to the REC contour map generator which involved obtaining HAAT data from the legacy FCC HAAT tool and then using the internal field strength measuring tool.
ROOT CAUSE:
Overlooked in the streamlining of FCC FM facility handling in FCCdata.
RESOLUTION:
Wrote new code in the ICLM (Integrated Cdbs Lms Mapping) module to send such requests to the FCC Contour API to obtain contour coordinates and them in the existing flow.
ISSUE:
Authorizations for CDBS FM engineering that have been integrated into eLMS are linking to a bad PDF file.
ROOT CAUSE:
Despite these applications now also being supported by LMS, the requests for authorization documents from the LMS server are failing at the FCC. We must conclude that LMS does not support authorizations on applications that were last filed in CDBS.
RESOLUTION:
Modified FM Facility Details module to direct CDBS originated applications to the CDBS Public Access system.
An overnight true-up is taking place to pick up applications in eLMS that were originally missed, mainly because the FCC previously returned Error 500s.
