Added new functionality to the channel results in myLPFM to display a message if an available channel has a potential for LP250 based on the RM-11909 proposal.
To check availability on the current channel, visit check.lp250.com
Also added a message on available channels between 88.1~92.3 (201~222) to warn that availability may be impacted by the 2021 NCE window. This general message appears in all instances when those channels are affected and should not be considered a reflection on the channel being available in the NCE window. This message will be removed after the window.
