On Tuesday, March 5 and Wednesday, March 6, 2024, LMS was displaying a similar behavior. During the downtime, the LMS public interface would return a 503 System Unavailable message. This also makes the page used to download LMS raw data unavailable. As a result REC is not able to retrieve the raw data dump at its scheduled time (5:45 AM ET) as well as scheduled eLMS polling activities (every 15 minutes starting at 6:00 AM ET).
On Tuesday, March 5, REC detected the outage starting at 2:59AM and ending at approximately 9:13AM (ET).
On Wednesday, March 6, REC detected the outage starting at 2:48AM and ending at approximately 7:24AM (ET).
The data in the data dump ZIP file for these days was of March 4 vintage.
Some impacts to the vintage raw data include:
- Television and AM broadcast data have not been updated.
- Recent pleadings are not displayed in FCC.today.
- Application status may revert back to 3/4 vintage.
- The Window Tracker cannot display ranking of grant order on LPFM2023 applications.
- Some facility records may not appear in the Window Tracker.

We appear to have a good 3-7 dump file and we are manually updating our systems as of 7:15AM ET.
Update 3-8-24 7:00AM ET
No 3/8 dump file. LMS data is currently close of business 3-6 vintage.
