SiriusXM Media has opened GroupM clients to a new audio-focused data clean room integration with LiveRamp, powered by Habu, thanks to an exclusive arrangement announced on Wednesday by the satellite and streaming-focused audio content creator and distributor.

It's a move that Audacy Inc. says is part of its corporate "re-imagination," and it involves a new head of Senior VP of Research and Insights, as Idil Cakim has departed to start her own business. Now in the role is an individual that most recently served as the Vice President of Ad Sales Research at WBD and started his career in key sports-focused roles.

One of the most recognizable multimedia personalities associated with Estrella Media, today controlled by publicly traded WQHT and WBLS owner MediaCo., will now see his radio program enjoy ad representation by a company some may consider a rival.

The Southern California-headquartered radio imaging, voiceover, programming, podcasting and jingles company led by President Dave "Chachi" Denes is gaining entry into the Great White North, starting in January. 

Starting November 4, a veteran of CNN will begin overseeing the programming strategy for all non-news programs the ABC-owned station in New York is involved with — including "Live with Kelly and Mark," the WABC-TV based syndicated program born as "The Morning Show" with Regis Philbin some 40 years ago.

Funded by CPB, the program will provide best practices to drive audience engagement and revenue growth

The global radio advertising market grew at a compound annual growth rate of just 0.87% since 2018. However, a new Research and Markets study suggests the market is expected to grow at a rate of 2.66% between 2023 and 2028. Slightly slower, but still formidable, growth is expected for the following five years.
