TEGNA's connected TV and over-the-top local ad platform, Premion, has achieved “TAG Platinum” status by achieving three different certifications from the Trustworthy Accountability Group, a global certification program focused on "safety and transparency" in digital advertising.

The new deal allows the direct broadcast satellite service provider continued access to TelevisaUnivision channels for both DirecTV and its U-verse service. The agreement is inclusive of channels associated with the Univision and UniMás broadcast networks, and the TUDN and Galavisión sports and entertainment-focused cable television networks.

The updated forecast shows “slight” adjustments to previous estimates for 2025, with advertising revenue (excluding political) adjusted up by a meager 0.03 percent from the last forecast and total local ad revenue, including political spending, adjusted up by 0.1 percent.
